Not able to connect
If you are not able to connect to the Internet try the following:
- Reset your cable modem.
- Unplug the power cord from the modem.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the modem back in and wait for the lights to
go steady.
- Power-cycle the router. If you are not using a
router (skip to step 3.)
- Unplug the power cord from the router.
- Wait 20 seconds.
- Plug the router in.
- Reboot your PC.
