I can't send email

If you are not able to send email, check your outgoing mail server settings.

Outlook Express

  • Open Outlook Express.
  • Click Tools .
  • Click Accounts .
  • Click the Mail tab.
  • Highlight your account and click Properties .
  • Click the Servers tab.
  • Outgoing mail (SMTP):  mail.myactv.net


  • Open Outlook.
  • Click Tools.
  • Click Email Accounts.
  • Choose View or change existing email accounts. Click Next.
  • Highlight your account and click Change.
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):  mail.myactv.net
