I can't receive email

If you are not able to receive email, check your incoming mail server settings.

Outlook Express

  • Open Outlook Express.
  • Click Tools .
  • Click Accounts .
  • Click the Mail tab.
  • Highlight your account and click Properties .
  • Click the Servers tab.
  • Incoming mail (POP3):  mail.myactv.net


  • Open Outlook.
  • Click Tools.
  • Click Email Accounts.
  • Choose View or change existing email accounts. Click Next.
  • Highlight your account and click Change.
  • Incoming mail server (POP3):  mail.myactv.net
