Self-care Portal

Our Self-care portal allows you to log in and change passwords, edit contact info, view space usage, add new Self-Care Portal logins, add new email accounts, add new web space accounts, view all Self-Care Portal logins, email accounts and webspace logins, and delete Self-Care Portal logins, email accounts, and webspace accounts.

Master Admin User

  • You cannot delete or edit the Master Admin User or the e-mail account associated with it, but you are able to change the password.
  • The Master Admin username is the only username that is case sensitive.
  • When logged in as a Master Admin user you will be able to view all of the self-care usernames, email accounts and webspace accounts.  You can change passwords for the Self-care usernames, change passwords for the email and webspace accounts,  add and delete the email accounts and webspace Accounts and view disk quota.

Admin User

  • When logged in as an Admin User you will be able to view Admin accounts and any child accounts created under this Admin account.
  • You can change the password for Self-care usernames, change the password for email and webspace accounts, add and delete the email accounts and webspace accounts and view disk quota.

Child User

  • When logged in as a Child user you will only be able to view the Child account.
  • You can change the password for your self-care username, change the password for your email or webspace account, and view disk quota.

To make changes, first you must log on with your Self-care User Account.  If you do not know your Self-care Username or Password, please contact Technical Support and have your Account Number available.

The first tab has the Account Information. Use this to view your Self-care user accounts, Email Accounts and Web space Accounts.

 The second tab is the Add Self-Care Username Tab. Use this to add self-care usernames.

  • Select your package by using the drop-down menu. (Most likely you only have one package, so Select 1.)
  • Select your Admin Status by using the drop-down menu.
    • Admin Status will allow you to add, delete, change passwords, and view all Admin accounts and any child accounts created under the Admin account.
    • Child Status will only allow you to view the child account.
  • Enter your First Name.
  • Enter your Last Name.
  • Enter the Self-care User Name you would like to use. (Must be in lowercase.)
  • Enter your Password. Confirm your Password.
  • Click Submit.

The third tab is the Add E-mail/Web Account.  Use this to add e-mail or web space accounts.

  • Select your package by using the drop-down menu.  (Most likely you only have one package, so Select 1).
  • Select the Self-care User Name by using the drop-down menu.
    Select the Account Type:  E-mail, Web or E-mail and Web.
  • Enter your E-mail account, Web space account or both.
    * If you would like your Self-care username and e-mail account to be the same, check the box for Use username for E-mail address.
    * If you would like your Self-care username and web account to be the same, check the box for Use username for Web Login.
  • Enter your Password.
  • Confirm Password.
  • Click Submit.


 Use the Disk Quota Tab to check your e-mail and web space storage.

  • Select the Account type.
  • Select the Username.
  • Click Submit.
