We are currently experiencing a partial outage caused by damage to a fiber optic cable out in the field. Affected customers are not able to access the Internet. The majority of our customers are unaffected, and the outage will not impact your service in any way. Our technicians are working hard to repair the damage and hope to have service restored by 8:00 pm this evening.
